বিশ্ব নন্দিত ইসলামী সংগীত শিল্পী নাজিল আজমী বাংলাদেশী বংশদ্ভূত লন্ডনে বসবাসরত লন্ডনের নাগরীক তিনি লন্ডনে জন্ম গ্রহন করেন । তিনি লন্ডনে প্রাইমারী শিক্ষা সমাপ্ত করেন । পরবর্তিতে তিনি তিনটি দেশে মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা সমাপ্ত করেন । ম্যানচেস্টার বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হতে পদার্থবিদ্যায় বিএসসি এবং বিনেস মেনেজমেন্ট সমাপ্ত করেন। শিশু কাল থেকেই তার মা তাকে প্রথাগত গান কবিতা আবৃতির তালিম দেন ও এক্ষেত্রে উৎসাহিত করেন ।
তরুন বয়সে আজমীর সঙ্গিত প্রতিভা বিকশিত হতে থাকে। এছাড়াও তিনি তার মায়ের চাচা দ্বারা প্রভাবিত হয়েছিল, যিনি ছিলেন একাধারে একজন গায়ক, গীতিকার ও সুরকার। 2006 সালের সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে নাজিল আজমীর প্রথম একক এ্যলবাম “দুনিয়া“ প্রকাশিত হয়। ফখরুজ্জামান রেকর্ডসের অিধীনে মুক্তি পাওয়া তার অ্যালবামটিতে বাংলা, আরবী, উর্দূ ও ইংরেজী ভাষা মৃশ্রনে প্রকাশিত অ্যালবামটি ইউরুপ সহ সারাবিশ্বে ব্যাপক সমাদৃত হয়। এর পূর্বে নাজিল আজমী উরুপিয়ান ইসিলামী সংগীত শিল্পী সামী ইউসূফের ‘মুআল্লিম“ নামক অ্যালবামে ব্যাক গায়ক হিসেবে কাজ করেন।
এ ওয়েব সাইটে ইতি পূর্বে শিল্পীর “দুনিয়া “ অ্যালবাম হতে দুটি সংগীত প্রকাশ করা হয়েছিল। আজ “ইসারা “ নামক সংগীতটি উপস্থাপন করা হচ্ছে। আশা করি আপনাদের ভাল লাগবে।
